What is your turnaround time for edited photos?
Photos are delivered the next day!
What areas do you service?
We service the greater Atlanta Georgia area, and include the majority of North Georgia. Additional Service Fees may apply for traveling greater distances of +30 miles.
How are photos delivered?
You can access your media/photos through your Aryeo customer account. All media is securely stored in our system, allowing you to preview it before finalizing payment and easily download everything from a single location.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so that adjustments to the photographer's calendar can be made. You can reschedule and change appointments through your Aryeo customer account with the Cherokee Drone Mobile App.
At this time, we do not charge a cancellation fee, unless the photographer was already on the way to the appointment or the home was not photo ready upon arrival.
Do your photographers have Supra access?
Yes! All photographers have Supra access through GAMLS and KCRAR. As a photographer/affiliate Supra account, we do require the CBS Code to access the boxes.
Can I please have a copy of the RAW images?
It is our strict policy to not deliver any unedited or RAW photos or video.
Do your photographers assist with staging?
Our photographers are not responsible for staging, however they will ensure all lights are turned on and adjust the blinds when needed.
Photographers are allotted a specific time window for your photography session. Please ensure your listing is photo-ready prior to your scheduled shoot.
What if I have a special request?
No problem, as long as you've made us aware and clearly explain the exact shot you're looking for, we'll do our best to make it happen. In the case that you forgot a shot, we can assist with that as well. Missed shots can be easily captured and rescheduled for the next available time slot for only $50.
